The Seasoned Mom’s Spring Pasta

My Review:

Such a good and easy weeknight dinner. ADD MORE PESTO PEOPLE! ADD ALL THE PESTO!!!!

Original Recipe

Any type of whole wheat pasta, 1 lb

1/2 cup frozen peas or broccoli, thawed to room temp or slightly warmer

As much pesto as you can handle

1 cup of diced, cooked chicken, preferably without any seasoning

Boil pasta until al dente.

Mix all ingredients together and serve.

The end.
